What we provide
Not Final Price is an information service. We check publicly listed retail prices and report what we find, along with an assessment of whether a price match is likely to qualify under the retailer's published policy.
What we do not provide
- We do not file claims, contact retailers, or act as your agent in any way.
- We do not handle, receive, or take a share of any refund.
- We do not guarantee that we will find a lower price, that any price we report is current, or that any retailer will honour a claim.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care and run automated checks for stale pages, mismatched models, marketplace sellers, and stock. Retailer websites change constantly and can serve cached data. Always verify a listing is live before contacting a retailer.
Fees and refunds
Scan fees are charged per item whether or not we find a price difference, and are non-refundable, because the search is performed either way. Unlock fees are shown before you pay. If a price we reported was stale, wrong, or for a different product, we refund the unlock fee in full within 30 days of your request.
Acceptable use
Don't resell our output, don't use the service to build a competing price database, and don't submit receipts that aren't yours.
Independence
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any retailer. Retailer names and trademarks are used only to identify their price-match policies.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
